Conjugated linoleic acids (CLAs), a group of fatty acids that have been reported in animal studies...
Category - Conjugated linoleic acid [CLA]
Conjugated linoleic acid [CLA] has been studied in humans in order to investigate its effects on weight management. The CLAs impact on fat loss is modest but is effective at recommended dosage of 3.2g CLA/day and produces significant fat loss [cca. 90 g / week] and it may also increase lean body mass [about 1% per week]. Another study showed that coingesting conjugated linoleic acid, creatine and protein further increased lean tissue mass.
