6′,7′-Dihydroxybergamottin is a natural furanocoumarin sold as anabolic amplifier as it si supposed increase the absorption of supplements, drugs, oral anabolic steroids. 6,7-DHB is an active ingredient of grapefruit juice and is believed to be responsible for grapefruit juice effect. It inhibits CYP3A4 in the small intestine which may elevate drug plasma concentrations and increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
